1. Introduction

1.1 Unless otherwise specified, Divinobet shall be referred to in this section of the Terms and Conditions as “Company”. This agreement sets out the Terms and Conditions for the contractual relationship between the Company and any person registered with the Company who is recognized as a player. Each player is required to accept these Terms and Conditions upon registering for an account with the Company and is bound by them throughout the duration of the relationship.

1.2 The Company reserves the right to change (modify) these Terms and Conditions, including the wagering and gaming rules, at any time and without notice.   2. Rules for opening an account

2.1 Each player applying to open an account must be 18 years of age or, in the case of Estonia, not less than 21 years of age.

2.2 Players of our Companies undertake to comply with these Terms and Conditions at all times and to confirm the following: - Not to act in the interests of third parties; - Not to use money from criminal activities; - Not to use bank accounts, debit or credit cards that they are not authorized to use; - Not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Companies' systems or modify code or content in any way; - Not to participate in or take criminal action against any or all of the Companies, their affiliates and their players.

2.3 In the event that a player fails to comply with one or more of the rules mentioned in paragraphs 2.1 and 2.2, the Companies shall be authorized to close the account and confiscate the available funds.

2.4 It is the player's responsibility to verify when opening an account and conducting business with the Company, that there is no violation of any law and that the subjects in question are of legal age to play in their jurisdiction.

2.5 In order to open an account with one and/or the Companies, the potential customer must correctly complete the registration form found on the site and read and accept the Terms and Conditions found on the website https://www.divinobet.com/.

2.6 The player must provide the correct information during the registration process. This information must include your first name, last name, gender, date of birth, residential address, email address and telephone number. All information is stored by the companies or one of them, to enable and offer their services to the players. 2.7 The player may register and maintain only one active account.

2.8 The Company may, at its discretion and without providing any justification, refuse to open an account or decide to close an existing account. If the Company decides to close an existing account, all previously established contractual obligations shall be fulfilled.

2.9 All accounts must be open and must be operated in the currency of the respective country.

2.10 Companies are not financial institutions and do not pay interest on funds, regardless of the amount, but are only held in the client's account.

2.11 It is the player's responsibility to keep track of winnings and report them to the appropriate authorities if the player resides in a jurisdiction where winnings are subject to taxation.

2.12 During the registration process, the player must choose a Username and a Password to log in. The password can be changed by the player at any time.

2.13 The player must keep his username and password secret. In accordance with this rule, the Companies recommend NOT to write down your own Username and Password so that they can be easily found and used. The Company also advises not to leave your computer unattended when the player is logged in, in order to prevent someone from using the account without your consent.

2.14 If a wager is placed using a player's username and password, it will be deemed to have been placed by that player and will therefore be accepted and valid.

2.15 The Company prohibits collusion between players and the use of devices or programs that alter the normal operation of the game (such as Robots).

2.16 The Company reserves the right to verify and confirm the identity of its players at any time, including after payment transactions. When deemed necessary, the Company will require documentation certifying the player's identity and will forward them to its offices. Examples of required documentation could be a certified copy of identity card, passport, bank statements, references, invoices, copy of credit card, etc.

2.17 A player's account may not be sold or sold to third parties.

2.18. Acknowledge that players are prohibited from allowing any unauthorized person to access or use their player account;

  3. Deposits, transfers and withdrawals

3.1 It is possible to make payments to the account by credit card, bank transfer or check and electronic credit transfer. The name on the credit card or bank transfer must be identical to the name of the player receiving the funds. If this is not the case, the deposit will be rejected and the funds refunded. Any fees charged by the bank for payments will be deducted from the amounts paid.

3.8 Funds cannot be transferred from one player's account to another player's account.

3.9 The player can at any time access his account and view his account status which shows all transactions made on that account, namely deposits, bonuses, winnings, bets, pending bets and withdrawals. If the player finds any error, he must immediately obtain it from the Company, or respectively one of them, so that the error can be corrected.   4. Malfunction and game blocking

4.1 If a player experiences a device malfunction or loss of Internet connection after making a play regularly received by the Company's system, the play (or bets) will be accepted and participate in the game. The player can verify the result of the game when the device or connection resumes functioning.

4.2 If the device malfunctions or fails to connect in Blackjack Live when the player's cards are still below sixteen (16) points and the player will be dealt another card or other cards until the total points exceed sixteen (16) or twenty-one (21), the player will be credited winnings. The game cannot be played when the connection fails or when a player is unable to communicate with the dealer for two (2) minutes.

4.3 In the event that a malfunction of one of the Company's systems is found before the outcome of the bets is confirmed, the bets will be voided immediately.

  5. Betting Rules

5.1. The Company reserves the right to cancel any wager placed on obviously “bad” odds, changed odds or a wager placed after an event has started. 

5.2. All bets accepted by the Company are subject to these rules, as well as the applicable license conditions. 

5.3. The Company reserves the right to refuse, restrict, cancel or limit any wager. 

5.4. The Company reserves the right to settle after the contest has ended or with the official results. 

5.5. The winner of an event will be determined on the date of conclusion of the event. The Company does not recognize protests or overruled decisions for wagering purposes. Settlement of a suspended event after the start of the competition will be decided in accordance with the wagering rules specified for that sport by the Company. 

5.6. No person under the age of 18 years is permitted to place a bet or wager.

5.8. The maximum amount of wagers on all sporting events will be determined by the sports betting platform and is subject to change without prior written notice. The Company also reserves the right to adjust the limits on individual accounts. 

5.9. For accounts with negative balances, the Company reserves the right to cancel any pending wagers, whether placed with funds resulting from the error or not. 

5.10. Members are solely responsible for transactions on their own accounts. Be sure to check and confirm your wagers for errors before submitting them. Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be changed. The Company is not responsible for missing or duplicate wagers placed by the customer and will not accept requests for modifications because a play is missing or duplicated. Customers may review their transactions in “My Bets” on the site after each session to ensure that all requested wagers have been accepted. 

5.11. Disputes must be submitted within seven (7) days from the date the wager in question was decided. No claims will be accepted after this period. The customer is solely responsible for his account transactions. 

5.12. Winnings will always be calculated using Decimal odds. Please note that when converting odds to British standard, rounding errors may occur, as some odds do not have an exact translation to British style fractions. Here, we will show the closest fractional odds. 

5.13. The Company reserves the right to suspend a customer account without prior notice.

5.14. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version of these rules and any other language version, the English version shall be deemed to be the correct one. 

5.15. Combo (accumulators, parlays, multis). If certain outcomes are related, for example, placing a bet on Barcelona to win La Liga combined with a Barcelona victory in the deciding game, these bets will be considered void. 

5.16. Any bet placed with a system bet will not count towards the wagering requirement in the bonus. 

5.17. The live score update is for guidance only. The Company is not responsible for any errors. The Company reserves the right to cancel any wager if the result is already known or if the odds have not been updated correctly due to technical problems. 

5.18. Outright winner bets stand or lose and will be settled as a forfeit if the selection does not participate in the event, unless otherwise stated. Tie rules apply in case of more than one winner. Bettors' bets are first divided by the number of selections that tied, and then this portion of their bets is settled as a winner and the remainder is settled as a loser. 

5.19. The Company reserves the right to void or cancel any bet where the result has been altered by the imposition of penalty points, forced relegations or any other measure imposed as a result of something other than the normal results of the games/competitions in question. 

5.20. All bets are settled using the information provided by the official body administering the competition at the time of the result, unless otherwise stated. In the case of events outside official competitions, bets are settled using the information provided.

5.21. If one of the competitors does not start, the Company cancels this direct confrontation market. 

5.22. If both competitors do not finish, the winner will be the competitor who has completed more laps. If both competitors abandon on the same lap, the sports betting platform cancels this direct confrontation market. 

5.23. If the competitors are in the same position, the Company cancels the bets on this direct confrontation market. 

5.24. The Company is not liable for damages suffered by the client as a result of system malfunction, defects, delays, manipulations or errors in data transfer. 

5.25. Customer complaints are considered by the Company within thirty days from the moment the customer submits a written request to the sports betting platform. After making a decision, the Company notifies the customer by means of an e-mail linked to the gaming account. 

5.26. In case of suspected unfair activity, the Company reserves the right to void any wager or part thereof, making the questionable wager invalid (in such cases, the payout is made at odds of “1”) or suspend any withdrawals for a maximum of 31 calendar days. 

5.27. Customers are allowed to wager only as individuals, no group wagers are allowed. Repeated bets on the same results/winners from the same or different customers may subsequently be declared invalid. Even after the official result of the competition/athletes is already known, the Company may consider indicated bets invalid if it considers that customers act in collusion or as a syndicate, or if the considered bets were placed by one or more customers within a short period of time. The Company also has the right to refuse to accept bets or consider bets already placed invalid if they are placed from different gaming accounts from the same IP address. 

5.28. Live bets: If the match is interrupted or postponed and does not continue within 48 hours after the scheduled time, bets will be void (except for those results that are clearly defined when the game was stopped). 

5.29. Statistics or editorial text published on the Company's site are deemed to be additional information, but the Company does not acknowledge or accept any liability if the information is not correct. At all times, it is the responsibility of the account holder to be aware of the circumstances related to an event. 

5.30. It is prohibited to use automatic systems (any type of scanner or robot) on the sports betting platform. The Company reserves the right to cancel any bet placed using automatic systems. 

5.31. It is prohibited to use accounts belonging to other persons or registered on behalf of other persons. The Company reserves the right to cancel any wager that has not been placed by the account holder.

  6. Responsible Gambling

6.1 A player may set his/her wager/loss or deposit limits over a specified period of time. Any limits set by the player can be removed from the personal account page.

6.2 A player may also block his account for a fixed or indefinite period of time during which he must not wager.

6.3 Any changes requested by the player to reduce restrictions or block his account will not take place within seven (7) days after receipt of the request. Conversely, a request to increase restrictions or blocking periods will have immediate effect.

8.3 The Company is not responsible for its material events, such as a strike, terrorist activities, political crisis, war, saturation of telecommunications networks or in case of natural disasters, all of which could lead to a total or partial reduction of access to its services on the Internet or by telephone.

8.5 In case of any error or negligence on the part of the Company in relation to these Terms and Conditions, the compensation for the player will mandatorily never be greater and the funds available in the player's account, or no more bets subject to fault or negligence.

8.6 In the event that one or more terms or conditions of this agreement are declared invalid by a Court of Justice, the remaining Terms and Conditions shall remain valid, in any case.

8.7 These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between the Company and the Player and supersede any prior written or verbal agreement communicated by the Company or one of them.
